Copilot Studio for standardised brand-launch delivery

Global Consumer-Goods Enterprise  ·  Consumer Goods  ·  Global  ·  Completed

 CONTEXT

A global consumer-goods enterprise’s marketing function launches new brands, products and market expansions on highly variable processes, with information and documents scattered across locations — slowing delivery and undermining standardisation.

 WHAT I DID

•     Mapped the variable brand-launch processes and the scattered data locations across the global marketing function.

•     Standardised the process and data structures so delivery followed one consistent shape.

•     Designed Copilot Studio agents that give each role the right information and documents — on their own projects and associated ones — in the flow of work.

 OUTCOME

Delivered a working solution that standardises brand-launch delivery and surfaces the right knowledge in the flow of work — so teams drive standardisation instead of hunting through (and for) documents.

 WHY IT MATTERS

Standardise the process and data first, then let role-aware agents serve it up — that’s how you get efficiency and consistency, not just a chatbot on a mess.
