No... I’ve not forgotten! This is a little introduction to tell you a little about me and my experience

I’m Simon. I live in Surrey, SW of London, UK with my partner Juliet, and her son, William, our two dogs, Hector and Daisy, the cat, Lola, and about 15 chickens. We enjoy travelling, walks with the dogs, cooking, and getting hot and sweaty working out early each morning at our local branch of F45.

I’ve been working for Avanade in the Power Platform Centre of Excellence since August 2021 with some AMAZING people. There I get to work with incredible people in global organisations and help them establish Power Platform strategy, governance and guardrails, and help them build adoption, and value! I work with various industries including Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Government and Public Services, Automotive, Energy, and others

Prior to that I built a community of 4,500 ‘Power Rangers’ and set direction and governance and guardrails, as part of 16 years in a Global life sciences organisation, and as a result was recognised by Microsoft as a Power Apps Champ, part of their Customer Advisory Board, connected to people across their product group, and spoken on Power Platform internationally at various events, conferences, and user groups.

The Power Platform, and incredible community around it, have literally changed my life! I want to share some of my experience with others to change yours too!
