Etex, a global innovator in lightweight construction solutions, invited me to speak at their internal conference alongside other speakers both internal to their organisation and from Microsoft to educate and inspire their organisation. I’d done some work with the organiser when he was at his previous organisation a couple of years previous so it was a massive complement to be invited to speak to them!

The title of my 30 min session was ‘ Transforming your world, and organisation, through Citizen Development’ - I shared stories of people from the Power Platform community who have transformed their world through Citizen Development, including me! I spoke about the characteristics of a Citizen Developer and how people can get started.
