Baltic Summit

What a wonderful event! Link to slide deck here

How do you enable the right people with the right tools and behaviours to maximise value of your Copilot and AI investment? Simon will bring together the understanding from building Centres of Excellence (CoE) and Centres for Enablement (C4E) for low code solutions in the Power Platform with the new world of LLMs and Gen AI delivered through Copilot and agents.

We'll explore how you can create a Centre for Enablement (C4E) to empower teams, scale skills, and drive meaningful results with Microsoft Copilot across platforms like Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Dynamics. He’ll share insights on: - Building a governance model to support Copilot adoption - Measuring and maximising Copilot’s impact - Creating communities to sustain knowledge and ensure secure AI usage This session combines the best practices from Centres of Excellence (CoE) in the Power Platform and adapts them to the world of Copilot and AI!

Review - I had the BEST time! This is one of my favourite conferences. Such a lovely group of people!
Hundreds of us like-minded individuals got together to share knowledge, experience, and fun 😊 It was wonderful!

Chris Huntingford 🚀 kicked off proceedings with his opening keynote ‘10 things you can do to get your org ready for Power Platform adoption’

The rest of my day then looked like this:

I then followed him on the main stage to talk about ‘Building a centre for enablement for your Copilot strategy’ - (Slides linked at the top of this post)

Nick Doelman 💪 then taught me about the strengths of the ‘Plan Designer’ and how great it is now (so fab to finally meet in person!)

Claire Edgson and Vassil Stoitsev educated us all on some of their experience in ‘Driving Enterprise-grade Innovation’ over a delicious lunch

Rafal Kobus did a fantastic session about ‘From chaos to clarity : The real value of Process Mining’ - an area that looks super valuable but I’ve not experimented with myself… yet!

I then watched Samir Makwana present on ‘AI-Powered Productivity for Project Managers’ and learnt some clever tips with Teams, Whiteboard and Planner.

David Lorenzo López then took us on a journey and demo to ‘Forge your multiagent army using Copilot Studio and AI Foundry’ - Very clever stuff!

Claire Edgson and Tatu Seppälä closed out my sessions by showcasing a load of fantastic features to help us ‘understand data security essentials for Dataverse, Fabric, and Copilot Studio’

The organising team of Michal Ziemba, Krzysztof Kania, Dawid Ziolkowski and Tomasz Poszytek smashed it out of the park again! Thank you so much for all your hard work!

It was also as wonderful as always to meet up with a load of other friends from the Microsoft Power Platform Community both from our employer and Platinum Sponsor Capgemini (Sharon Smith, Peter Ruiter , Keith Atherton), old friends like Magdalena Kączkowska🔌♀🔌 , and new friends who I spoke with around the sessions!

Thank you so much to Capgemini, HeuristicDev: The Mentoring Hub, dox42 , DynamicsMinds and European Power Platform Conference for sponsoring and Paul Harrison, Colin Daly, Claire Edgson, Stuart Wright, and Matt Collins-Jones for your support in enabling us to be such an active part of this wonderful community!
